「2018マスカットベーリーA樽熟成」
「2019シャルドネCatwalk」
「2020シャルドネA Stray Cat」
出品したワイン３点にすべて銀賞をいただくことができました！
どれもチーム全員がハードワークを厭わずに、魂を込めてできあがったワインですので感慨深いものがあります。
ベーリーAは来年はじめに、シャルドネ2品は来年夏前に販売を予定しております。

This is Tsuchimochi, the manager and brewer of the winery.
Today, we are very excited to announce that, on “2021 Hong Kong International Wine & Spirit competition,” which is Asia’s biggest competition, we won the silver medals for all our entries! They are:
“2018 Muscat Bailey A Barrelaged”
“2019 Kuju Chardonnay Catwalk”
“2020 Kuju Chardonnay A Stray Cat”
This is a significant moment for us, because these wines were preciously made with our souls, especially by the effort and hard work of everyone in our team.
We are planning to start putting the Bailey A up for sale in the beginning of the next year, and then the two Chardonnays before the coming summer. Please stay tuned!
